Crest Forwarder Inc. is conducting an exclusive Customer Service Training for company employees, scheduled on June 17, 19, 24, and 26, 2025, at the 3rd Floor Training Room, Crest Main Office.
This in-house training is designed to equip our team with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional customer service within the freight forwarding industry. Key focus areas include effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and client relationship management, all tailored to the logistics and freight environment.
In addition to learning sessions, the program also features interactive workshops that will allow participants to apply concepts in real-life scenarios, collaborate with colleagues, and strengthen their problem-solving abilities.
